Today, when the matter came up for consideration, it is submitted by the learned counsel appearing for the second and third respondents that the petitioner has given a letter to the second and third respondents stating that all due payable to him has been paid and therefore, he would be withdrawing the writ petition.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the first respondent has also submitted that the amount due to the petitioner has been paid. The same is endorsed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
