The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioners in the order of this Court dated 25.07.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.9146 of 2023 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before respondent once in a month i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).
