ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27950 of 2024, dated 08.11.2024, that the petitioner shall stay at Villupuram report before the Inspector of Police, Villupuram Town Police Station, everyday at 10:30 a.m., and 6.30 p.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has not complied the condition even for a single day. However, he would submit that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Madhavaram and the case is pending committal in P.R.C.No.49 of 2024.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27950 of 2024, dated 08.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned District Munsif cum Judcial Magistrate, Madhavaram on 04.02.2025 and thereafter on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate.
