C.M.P.No.2742 of 2024 in S.A.SR.No.38142 of 2015 P.T.ASHA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 2062 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.4,060/- in the above SA.Sr.No.38142 of 2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/appellant.

3. Considering the fact that sufficient reasons have been given in the affidavit filed in support of this application and earlier the delay in representation has been condoned, the delay of 2062 days in paying the deficit Court fee of Rs.4,060/- in the above SA.Sr.No.38142 of 2015 is condoned.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
