ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court vide bail order dated 21.10.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25927 of 2024 on the file of this Court that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 7(a) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.25927 of 2024 dated 21.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 20.01.2025 Anu To The Inspector Of Police H-6, R.K.Nagar Police Station, Chennai.
