ORDER
The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to facilitate registration of rectification deed in respect of Sale Deed dated 07.12.2023 and registered as document No.22826 of 2023 in SRO Hosur executed by Mr.Salim Basha in the petitioners favour by removing the technical glitches in the registration department's portal or to permit the petitioners to present the rectification deed before the second respondent without the token generated online and to issue further direction to the second respondent to accept and register the rectification deed without the online generated token.
2. Mr.U.Baranidharan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents. By consent of both the parties, this writ petition has been taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission 2/6
itself.

The case of the petitioner is that the petitioners have purchased a property bearing House and Land situated in Door No.G-22 & G-22/1, Classic Homes, Matham Road, Hosur comprised in S.Nos.347/P, 348/2P, T.S.No.3/47 from one K.Salim Basha. Due to some typographical errors crept in the sale deed, the petitioners requested the vendor to execute a rectification deed for rectifying the errors, which have been crept inadvertently. This being the case, when the petitioners making arrangement online to register the rectification deed on the registration department's portal, they unable to process the same due to some technical glitches. In this regard, the petitioners have sent communications to the first respondent, however, till date, the said error was not rectified. Hence, the petitioners have come forward with the present writ petition.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that since 2024, the petitioners are facing the technical glitches in registering the 3/6
rectification deed. Even as on date, the petitioners are facing the same. Therefore, he prayed this Court that direction may be issued to the respondents to accept the physical copy without insisting for online generated token.
5. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents seeks a week time to rectify the technical glitches. In the event the respondents are not able to sought out the error, this Court may pass an appropriate order to accept the said rectification deed and the same will be complied by the respondents.
6. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
7. Considering the fair submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this Court issues the following directions:
(i) The respondents are directed to rectify the technical glitches within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of a copy of this 4/6
order;
(ii) In the event the said technical glitches are not rectified within the aforementioned period, the petitioners are directed to submit the physical copy of the rectification deed before the respondents; (iii) On such receipt, the respondents are directed to accept the said physical copy of the documents and proceed with the process, without insisting for any online generated token.
With the aforesaid observation and direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
