ORDER
This writ petition is filed to forbear the respondents 1 to 6 or any person claiming under them from in any manner converting the property comprised in S.No.66/4, measuring Hec.0.20.0 situated at Jayankondan Village, Bhuvanagiri Taluk, Cuddalore District into a burial ground and pass such further or other orders.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 21.11.2024 to restrain the respondents from in any manner converting the subject property comprised in S.No.66/4, measuring Hec.0.20.0 situated at Jayankondan Village, Bhuvanagiri Taluk, Cuddalore District into a burial ground. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.
3. Learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2024 will be considered within a period of 12 weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2024, after issuing due notice and affording an opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as the private respondents, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that the interim injunction
granted by this Court vide order dated 21.12.2024 shall remain in force till the disposal of the aforesaid representation of the petitioner.
