PRAYER in Crl MP No.18129/2025: To extend the time for complying with the conditional order dated 05.06.2024 in Crl.OP No.12867 of 2024 directing the petitioners to deposit Rs.2,00,00,000/- (Rupees Two Crores Only) to the credit of Crime No.5/2024 on the file of the respondent by granting four weeks.

COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed to extend the time for complying with the conditional order dated 20.06.2024 in Crl OP No14475 of 2024 and order dated 05.06.2024 in Crl.OP No.12867 of 2024 respectively. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the 1 st respondent police vehemently opposed the petitions on the ground that the petitioners are subsequently involved in another offence and they were also arrested and the prosecution has also moved the petition for cancellation of bail. 3.The learned counsel for the intervenor has reported that the petitioners have approached the Hon'ble Supreme Court and filed a SLP challenging the original order which directs the petitioners to deposit amounts and the same is also dismissed and thereafter they have filed modification application and the

same was also dismissed, hence he opposed.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 15.10.2025 to the petitioners to comply the condition imposed by this Court.
