ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23062 of 2024 by order dated 20.09.2024 passed by this Court to report before the Sessions Court, Magalir Neethimandram, Fast Track Mahila Court, Erode on every working day at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the investigation in this case has been completed and the respondent Police has filed the final report before the Sessions Court, Magalir Neethimandram, Fast Track Mahila Court, Erode. However, the same has not yet been taken on file.

3. Considering the above submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.23062 of 2024 on 20.09.2024 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Sessions Court, Magalir Neethimandram, Fast Track Mahila Court, Erode, on the 3rd working day of January 2025 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judge. 4.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
