ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J] This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to to produce the body or in person of Sumithra, D/o.Ramesh, aged about 37 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

2. The petitioner seeks for a direction to produce her sister Sumithra who is mentally ill aged 37 years. According to the petitioner, her sister went missing from 09.09.2022, despite registration of FIR in Cr.No.679 of 2025 under women missing, her sister is not secured.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that previously also, the petitioner's sister went missing, FIR has already been registered, thereafter, she was secured and handed over to the petitioner, once, again she is missing, they will take all earnest effect to secure petitioner's sister.

4. Such view of the matter, let the police continue their investigation and secure petitioner's sister and produce her before the concerned Judicial Magistrate expeditiously.
