2.M.G.Vasanthakumar Respondents Prayer in Crl MP No.18123 of 2025: To relax the condition imposed in the order dated 20.06.2024, to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months in Crl.OP No.14475 of 2024. Prayer in Crl MP No.18126 of 2025: To relax the condition imposed in the order dated 05.06.2024, to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks in Crl OP No.12697 of 2024.
Prayer in Crl MP No.18128 of 2025: To relax the condition imposed in the order dated 05.06.2024, to report before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks in Crl.OP No.12867 of 2024.

18123 & 18128/2024 : M/s.Sharada Vivek COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner (i) in Crl.O.P.No.14475 of 2024 dated 20.06.2024, passed by this Court to appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months and (ii) in Crl.O.P.Nos.12697 & 12867 of 2024 dated 05.06.2024, passed by this Court to appear before the respondent police on every Tuesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight weeks respectively.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners appeared before the respondent police for a period of five weeks and thereafter they were placed under the threat of arrest, hence the petitioners did not able to comply the condition and they have also moved a petition for condoning their absence and subsequently Criminal case was also registered and they were arrested and released on bail. Hence, they have not able to comply the condition.
3.Considering the aforesaid submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14475 of 2024 dated 20.06.2024 & Crl.O.P.Nos.12697 & 12867 of 2024 dated 05.06.2024, is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
4. With the above direction, these Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions stand ordered.
