ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate on the first working day of every English Calendar Month in Crl.M.P.No.1424 of 2023 in Crl.R.C.No.186 of 2023 dated 13.03.2023.

2. Heard Mr.Jaishankar Ramakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.B.Mohan, learned Special Public Prosecutor (CBI cases) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the prayer sought in this petition, this Court is inclined to modify the conditions imposed on the petitioner, to that effect, the petitioner shall appear before the Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Chennai once in three months.
