This application has been filed seeking to condone delay of 37 days in setting aside the exparte order dated 16.10.2023.

2.Taking into consideration the fact that the parties have taken a decision to resolve the issues among themselves, and therefore, it would only be necessary that the defendants is also heard, this Application is allowed. The delay is condoned.

3.The Registry to number the consequential application to set aside the exparte order and list it on 05.04.2024.
