This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to issue direction to the 4 th respondent to register a case upon the petitioner's complaint dated 08.05.2023, in pursuance of the order in Crl.M.P.No.2994 of 2023 dated 05.04.2023 passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Virudhachalam, Cuddalore District, within time frame as may be fixed by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents police on instructions submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, already FIR has been registered in Crime No.164 of 2024 for the offence under Section 420 IPC.
