ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for issue of Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 05.07.2025, wherein the petitioner is seeking for cancellation of patta that stands in the name of the impleaded fourth respondent.
2. Heard Mr.G.Ramakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.N.Naveen Kumar, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of respondents 1 to 3.
3. The case of the petitioner is that she purchased the subject property by virtue of registered sale deed dated 04.03.2011. However, the patta for 2/5
the property was issued in favour of the impleaded fourth respondent. Therefore, the petitioner submitted a representation to the second respondent on 05.07.2025, seeking for cancellation of the patta that stands in the name of the fourth respondent. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 05.07.2025, after affording opportunity to the petitioner and the impleaded fourth respondent and final orders shall be passed within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
