ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the bail conditions imposed in paragraph no .11(c) that the petitioner to appear before the respondent police on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am until further orders ordered in Crl RC No.402 of 2024 dated 15.03.2024.

2.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that investigation has been completed and the case is taken on file by the Trial Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, the petitioner shall appear before the Trial Court on all hearing dates.
