247 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/claimant. 3.Mr.R.Jagadeesh, learned counsel would submit that Mr.S.Santhosa Kumar, learned counsel undertakes to file vakalat for the first respondent/TNSTC and he has raised serious objection in allowing this petition.
4. The petitioner would aver that due to the injuries sustained by the claimant on account of the accident, he has been facing financial difficulties. Hence, delay of 247 days occurred in preferring the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
5. Accepting the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this
petition, this petition is allowed subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period of 247 days shall stand waived.
