ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 7 days in filing the appeal suit against the judgment and decree in O.S.No.5282 of 2021 on the file of the XXIII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the petition, it had been stated that there has been delay owing to circumstance beyond the control of the appellant. 3.Taking all the factors into consideration, the delay is condoned. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

4.The Registry is directed to number the appeal if it is otherwise in order and list the same in the usual course.
