ORDER

The petitioners, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.08.2025 for the alleged offences punishable under Section 126(2), 296(b), 115(2), 309(4), 311, 351(3) of BNS, in Crime No.574 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. It is reported by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police that the petitioners are having previous cases (A1-11 previous cases and A2- 9 previous cases) against them.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioners are having 19 previous cases against them, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 25.09.2025 dna 2/4
