(Made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.D.Bharathy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.D.Veerasekaran, learned counsel for respondent 1, Mr.Y.Bhuvanesh Kumar, learned counsel for respondent 2 and Mr.A.Arun Babu, learned counsel for respondents 3 to 6.

2. We find that authentic documents, to substantiate the pleadings, are not placed on record.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that after obtaining necessary authentic documents, the petitioner would agitate the grievances afresh.

4. In the light of that, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
