Ms.Akila Rajendran, learned Government Advocate accepts notice for the respondents. With the consent of both the parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing respondents 1 and 2 to disburse the compensation due and payable upon acquisition of the petitioner's land ad-measuring an extent of 5066 sq.ft situated at S.Nos.245/12 and 245/13, Kolapakkam Village, Alandur Taluk, Kancheepuram District, computed duly on the basis of Section 26 read with Section 30 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

submitted that already Award was passed on 15.09.2023 itself, the same was communicated to the petitioner and other land owners and the petitioner has also acknowledged the same. The petitioner has suppressed the facts and filed the present writ petition.

4. Since Award was passed on 15.09.2023, the same was communicated to the petitioner and the petitioner has also acknowledged the same, the petitioner is not entitled to get any relief as sought for in this writ petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
