This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the Learned Judicial Magistrate-1, at Chengalpattu, to speedily dispose the above complaint in C.C.No.132 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-1 at Chengalpattu.

2.Heard the submissions of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate-1 at Chengalpattu to expedite the hearing in C.C.No.132 of 2020 and complete the same, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
