3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate? No.1 at Chengalpattu to expedite the hearing in C.C.No.134 of 2020 and complete the same, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
