PRAYER:- Criminal Revision Case filed under Sec.438 r/w 442 of B.N.S.S., praying to call for the records on the file of the Honble IV Additional Principal Family Court at Chennai, M.C.No.352/2021 and set aside the impugned fair and Decreetal Order dated 22.04.2025.

ORDER

Challenging the impugned fair and decreetal order dated 22.04.2025 passed in M.C.No.352 of 2021 on the file of IV Addl. Principal Family Court, Chennai, the petitioner preferred this Criminal Revision Case.

2. Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, both learned counsel for petitioner and respondent appeared and their arguments heard.

3. Considering both side submissions, the petitioner is directed to pay a sum of Rs.25,000/- per month towards monthly maintenance directly to the account of children viz., P.Sarvesh (A/c. No.054601000054394, Indian Overseas Bank, Villivakkam Branch, Chennai) and P.Deveshwar (A/c. No.83800100000232,Bank of Baroda,Villivakkam Branch, Chennai). Now, they were under the custody of their mother, who is legal guardian, she is entitled to receive the same until it is modified by court of law. He is also directed to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- each, totally a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- in the Fixed Deposit in the name of children and their mother is permitted to receive interest. 2/5

Furthermore, he is also directed to deposit another sum of Rs.2,00,000/- each, totally a sum of Rs.4,00,000/- in Fixed Deposit in the the name of minor children within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the said direction, this Criminal Revision Case is ordered.
