This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.11741 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.No.8468 of 2025 dated 08.07.2025.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, it is made clear that, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
