This application has been filed by the applicant/petitioner to permit him to bring on record the proposed respondents 3 to 5 who are the legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent as respondents 3 to 5 in O.P No.391 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the other side have no objection in allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title.
