O R D E R

The Writ Petition is filed to quash the impugned Refusal Check Slip No. RFL 1- Joint Sub Registrar, Tirupattur / 41 / 2024, dated 26.11.2024 issued by the 3rd respondent herein and to quash the same as illegal, incompetent and further direction to register the sale deed, dated 26.11.2024 executed in favour of the petitioner.

2. A Refusal Check Slip has been issued directing the petitioner to produce the original parent document.

3. In the light of the Judgement passed by this Court in Ramayee - Vs - The Sub Registrar and others - (2020 (6) CTC 697), the impugned order cannot be sustained.

4. The Writ Petition is allowed. The impugned refusal check slip is quashed. The 3rd respondent is directed to register the sale deed dated 26.11.2024, within a period of 2 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
