O R D E R

The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.09.2025, for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 296(b), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 351(3) of BNS Act, in Crime No.666 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seeks bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner/A2 along with other accused attacked the de facto complainant and his friends with knife, wherein the de facto complainant sustained grievous injuries. Hence, the case.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is ready and willing to abide by any conditions that may be imposed by this Court hence, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and opposed the grant of bail to the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner is involved in eight 2/4

previous cases.

5. Heard the learned counsels on either side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the gravity of the offences and bad antecedents, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
