This application has been filed by the applicants/plaintiffs to bring on record the LRs of the deceased 2nd plaintiff S.Selvi i.e 2nd and 3rd applicants as the 4th and 5th plaintiffs and 3rd respondent/proposed 3rd defendant as 3rd defendant and the LRs of the deceased 3rd plaintiff B.Geetha i.e respondents 4 to 6 as defendants 4 to 6 in T.O.S No.14 of 2008 in order to clarify the claimants and legal heirs of the suit schedule property.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents 1 & 2/defendants 1 & 2 have no objection in allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the application, this application is allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the plaintiffs is directed to carry out necessary amendment.

5. Post on 28.02.2024 for filing amended plaint copy.
