( Order of the Court was made by R.SURESH KUMAR, J.) Since the present petitioner's mother Murugammal, who was the original writ petitioner, is no more, therefore, the present petitioner who is the son of the original writ petitioner seeks leave of this Court to file the intra Court appeal.

2. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered.

3. Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendment and number the writ appeal and place the same for admission, if the papers are otherwise in order.
