ORDER

This petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents 1 & 2 to provide necessary police protection for the petitioner life and property, by considering the petitioner's complaints dated 11.11.2023 and 12.12.2023.

On instruction, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents police submitted that on receipt of the complaint from the petitioner, he was issued with C.S.R.No.1353 of 2023 dated 11.11.2023 and after conducting due enquiry, the same was closed on 02.12.2023 itself, with advise to seek judicial remedy.

Considering the above submission, the prayer sought for in this petition cannot be granted and the Writ Petition stands dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
