Civil Revision Petition filed Article 227 of Constitution of India, against the fair and decreetal order passed in I.A.No.5 of 2023 in O.S.No.12 of 2015 by the learned Additional District Munsif, Perambalur, dated 07.11.2023. For Petitioner : Mr.G.Ilamurugu

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is no more and the suit was also dismissed for default owing to the failure to bring on record the legal representative of deceased plaintiff. It is also stated that the restoration application has been filed by the legal representatives of the deceased and the same is pending.

2. In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is closed with liberty to the legal representatives of the deceased plaintiff to restore the same, in case main suit is restored to file. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
