This Court by its order dated 22.12.2023 granted an order of injunction in favour of the plaintiff in O.A. Nos.1119 to 1121 of 2023. Till date, counters have not been filed in the interlocutory applications. Infact today, it is listed for counter and disposal in O.A. Nos.1119 to 1121 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the respondents / defendants seeks further time to file counter. Since sufficient time has already been granted to file counter, no further time can be granted. Therefore, the interim injunction granted by this Court in favour of the plaintiff on 22.12.2023 is made absolute and these applications are allowed as prayed for without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the defendant in the main suit.

3. The learned counsel for the defendants seeks further time to file the written statement.

4. Post the matter for filing of written statement by the defendants on 15.03.2024.

B) The learned counsel for the respondents has not raised any objection for allowing A. No.6875 of 2023, which has been filed to combine the causes of action.

2. This Court is also satisfied with the reasons contained in the affidavit filed in support of this application as sufficient cause has been shown by applicant for combining the cause of action. Accordingly, A. No.6875 of 2023 is allowed as prayed for.
