This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order, dated 20.11.2023 in Crl.OP.No.26255 of 2023 to report before the I Additional Sessions Court, Tindivanam, everyday at 10.30 a.m., till completion of the trial, apart from the Court hearing dates.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the I Additional Sessions Court, Tindivanam, weekly once i.e., on every Monday, for a period of three weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
