2.Despite service of notice on the respondent in the present civil miscellaneous petition, the respondent has neither chosen to appear in person nor through any counsel.
3.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition seeking condonation of delay of 166 days and I am satisfied with the reasons assigned therein. The petitioner has made out sufficient costs for the condonation of delay of 166 days and the same appears to be neither wilful nor wanton.
4.In view of the above, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
