2. The petitioner seeks directions against respondents 1 to 3 to take preventive measures in order to protect the water source situate in S.F.No.21 at Senthamangalam Village, Sriperumbudur Taluk,

3. The petitioner has given a representation on 01.08.2023. The concerned authority shall consider the said representation on its own merits and in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months.

4. In light of the above, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.786 of 2024 is closed.
