ORDER
Mr.S.Sathiaseelan, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for allowing to withdraw the present Criminal Miscellaneous Petitions and file a better affidavits and petitions.
Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to withdraw these miscellaneous petitions with the condition to file fresh applications as there is some mistake appears. He also submitted that the matters may be directed to be listed on 19.12.2024 before the appropriate Bench who passed the earlier order.
2. Mr.A.Gopinath, learned Govt. Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent has no objection to the abovesaid prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. Accordingly, these petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh applications to bring the same before the appropriate Bench, 2/5
who has passed the earlier order. The matters may be listed on 19.12.2024 along with the records before the appropriate Bench who passed the earlier order .
