This petition has been filed to relax the condition 6(b), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P. No.22715 of 2024 on 13.09.2024, that the petitioners shall report before the Principal Special Court under EC & NDPS Act Cases, Chennai on every working days at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.6(b), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P. No.22715 of 2024 on 13.09.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
