ORDER
The petitioner seeks a direction to dispose of her representation dated 28.07.2025 and to initiate suitable proceedings against the 3 rd respondent.
2. The grievance of the petitioner is that on the complaint given by the 3 rd respondent, FIR has been registered against the petitioner in Crime No.261 of 2024 for offences under Sections 447, 294(b), 427, 506(1) of IPC, whereas the petitioner's complaint as against the 3 rd respondent has been treated as CSR No.1197 of 2024 and no action has been taken, hence seeks for a direction.

Per contra, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2, on instructions, would submit that originally, FIR and CSR has been registered before the Pallikaranai Police station. Now, FIR No.261 of2024 has been transferred to the 2 nd respondent, similarly, CSR No.1197 of 2024 originally registered by Pallikaranai police station and the same also to be transferred to the 2 nd respondent. If the petitioner appears before the 2 nd respondent, necessary enquiry will be conducted on the basis of CSR No.1197 of 2024.

In such view of the matter, the 1 st respondent is directed to instruct the Pallikaranai police station to transfer CSR No.1197 of 2024 to the 2 nd respondent, namely, T-22, Inspector of Police, Medavakkam Police Station. On such transfer, the Investigation Officer, namely, the 2 nd respondent shall conduct enquiry and proceed as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
