Mr.Stalin Abhimanyu, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for R1 to R3 and is armed with instructions to enable final disposal of this matter, even at the stage of admission. No notice is thought necessary to R4, as its interests have been taken note of and duly protected by virtue of this order.

2. Mr.Stalin accedes to the receipt of representation dated 29.10.2021, wherein, as in the present Writ Petition, the petitioner has prayed for action to be taken as against R4 and a direction to the official respondents for compensation of Rs.10.00 lakhs for the damage caused to the silk worm farming land owned by him.

3. Hence mandamus is issued to the District Collector, Tirupur District/R1 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.10.2021, hear the petitioner as well as R4 by issue of notice and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six (6) weeks from date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. This Writ Petition is disposed as above. Connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
