3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in the case has been completed and charge sheet has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate II, Villupuram, on 23.11.2023.

4. Recording the above submission, there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate II, Villupuram, to act upon the final report within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
