Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the Respondents to revise the seniority of the Petitioner, in pursuance of the directions of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.9189/2013 dated 26.07.2018 in the cadre of Deputy Director by placing him above his immediate juniors in the seniority list published in G.O.(4D) No.07, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises [E1(1)] Department dated 22.06.2021 and grant him all consequential service, in the light of the representations made by the Petitioner on 30.03.2022 and 10.01.2023 within a reasonable time frame as deem fit by this Hon'ble Court.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the Respondents to revise the seniority of the Petitioner, in pursuance of the directions of this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.9189/2013 dated 26.07.2018 in the cadre of Deputy Director by placing him above his immediate juniors in the seniority list published in G.O.(4D) No.07, Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises [E1(1)] Department dated 22.06.2021 and grant him all consequential service, in the light of the representations made by the Petitioner on 30.03.2022 and 10.01.2023 within a reasonable time frame as deem fit by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner made representations dated 30.03.2022 and

10.01.2023 and on receipt of the said representations, it was considered and passed an order on 18.05.2023.

4. Recording the above said submission, this writ petition is closed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the order dated 18.05.2023, in the manner known to law, if so advised.
