The present petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner that, accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- with two sureties (out of which, one of the sureties should be either the father or mother of the petitioner) in the order of this court dated 08.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.28008 of 2024

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side).

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that, the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties (out of which, one of the sureties should be either the father or mother of the petitioner).

4. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands modified accordingly.
