ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition 7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.23785 of 2024 on 15.10.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions, imposed by this Court and the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

investigation is completed and case is to be numbered before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vaazhapadi.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition No.7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P. No.23785 of 2024 on 15.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Vaazhapadi on 03rd January 2025 and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Trial Judge.
