ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed "6(a) the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.OP.No.28215 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for 26 days and investigation is pending in this matter.

3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.OP.No.28215 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024 in para No.10(b) is modified to the effect that the Petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 am until further orders.
