ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed "6(a)the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 06.00 pm until further orders" in Crl.OP.NO.22642 of 2024 dated 19.09.2024.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for 28 days and investigation is pending in this matter.
