The petitioners/A1 to A4 are accused before the first respondent in Cr.No.609 of 2023 registered under Sections 406. 420 and 34 of IPC.

2. This petition had been filed by the petitioners seeking inter state anticipatory bail for the limited period till the petitioners approach and seek regular bail before the first respondent in the competent court of jurisdiction at Maharashtra.

3. However, the learned counsel for the petitioners stated that the petitioners are prepared to file an application straight away before the first respondent.

4. In view of that particular statement, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
