Nakshatra, who is studying in the 6th respondent school under RTE Scheme and consequently directing the 1st and 2nd respondent to fix the exact fees to be paid by the parent to the Private Schools for the entire academic year under RTE Scheme, In connection with circulars to be issued transparently with Private School list along with fee structure under RTE Scheme for every academic year to ensure the successful implementation of the RTE Scheme in private schools and to prevent the children from torture & discrimination activities due to exorbitant fee demanded by the Private Schools from the Economic Weaker Section Parents, within a stipulated time as fixed by this Court.
