This Review Application has been filed to review the Order of this Court dated 02.08.2023 made in W.P.No.22677 of 2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

3. This Court while disposing the Writ Petition in W.P.No.22677 of 2023, this Court directed the respondents to disburse the differential amount payable to the petitioner within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that interest has not been paid to differential amount payable to the petitioner. 2/4

5. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that interest is not payable to the differential amount as per schemes. Hence submitted as far as the differential amount is concerned, the petitioner is not entitled to any interest.

6. Recording the submissions of the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents, this Review Application is disposed of. 01.08.2024 vrc 3/4
