The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c), 20(b)(ii)(C), 25 and 29(1) of NDPS Act in Crime No.304 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. It is seen that, earlier this Court dismissed the petitioner's anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.21145 of 2025 on 03.09.2025, however, without any change in circumstances, present petition is filed seeking anticipatory bail. Hence, this Court is not inclined to revisit the earlier order.
